JOB DESCRIPTION Job Purpose Responsible for acquiring new clients and also maintaining relationships with existing clients through effective marketing by online and direct marketing skills. Key responsibilities and accountabilities Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, forecasting projected business; and capitalizing and establishing market opportunities. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades Ensure clients needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
