Skill / Knowledge Conversant with manufacturing processes and methods of wooden furniture, fitouts, joinery and interiors for star Hotels, both in production and finishing line. Conversant with Shop floor Drawings, Production Drawings, Product Drawings etc., and Possess good knowledge in making all such Drawings in Auto cad. Knowledge in Solid works/cut rite/cut rite plus (soft ware) will be an added advantage. Possess good knowledge about Raw Materials, Hard Wood, Hardware and all wooden furniture manufacturing machines and their tools, spares and accessories. Tooling knowledge Possess good soft skills. Capability Capable of efficiently: overseeing production processes/methods, Preparing Production plan, Dispatch plan and Day to-day production schedule and preparing cut list. Able to monitor/ control production on day to-day basis and ensure production is achieved as per the production schedule committed / delivery schedule given to the clients and targets given. Capable of controlling costs by adopting optimal utilization of men, material and machine. Able to achieve very high quality standards required and set by the Company. Capable of efficient coordination and cooperation with supervisors, workers, staff and peers/seniors and all the Departments to achieve the desired results and smooth functioning of the Company. Able to communicate clearly and efficiently. Capable of following/implementing systems and procedures and ensuring proper documentation. Capable of maintaining machines and overall factory upkeep. Capable of ensuring safety of men, machine, materials and the properties of the Company. Qualification Bachelor of Engineer preferably with Industrial Production or Mechanical. Experience At least 12 to 15 years experience in wooden furniture, fit outs and joinery manufacturing unit and of which minimum of 3 years held in managerial position.
