Overview
The main responsibility will be to develop & customize Indian/Asian cuisine as per the client's requirements and supervise bulk production of the same.
Qualification: Hotel Management Degree from any reputed institute in India.
Experience: minimum 5 years in any star rated hotel and restaurant. Experience with a processed food company will be an added advantage.
