Overview

1. You will be responsible for complete documentation. 2. You need to maintain files and records with effective filling systems. 3. Need to handle various administrative tasks(redirecting calls, scheduling meetings etc.) 4. Ensure quality housekeeping in office. 5. Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency 6. Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office. 7. Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, services etc.) 8. Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders. 9. Assist in vendor relationship management. 10. Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role. 11. Experience in customer service will be a plus. 12. Knowledge of basic book-keeping principles and office management systems and procedures. 13. Outstanding knowledge of MS office and back-office. 14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 15. Reliable with patience and professionalism. 16. Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi task
