Overview
Handling the inbound and outbound calls from the Patient, Pharmacy and Insurance Companies and willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement (Insurance Follow UP, Patient calling, etc.Maintain the individual daily logs.Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy. Assist team members to achieve shared goals. Looking for International call center experience.Freshers with good communication in English may also apply.Open to work in night shift. Requires Basic Computer knowledge.
