Overview
- Basic Knowledge of computers, laptops, operating system and computer hardware
- Good working knowledge of the internet
- Must have good working & operational knowledge of Antivirus software
- Advance operational/troubleshooting skills: Computer Desktop/Laptop operations along with peripherals (Printers, Scanners, USB Drivers etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Set-up, Install, Re-install, Recovery)
- Basic knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet, Emails and Networking
- Troubleshooting Servers (Linux, Red Hat, Windows Server)
- MS Windows Active Directories and Exchange Server Maintenance.
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting.
- Should be comfortable working in shifts.
