Junior Advocate/Law Graduate required on an urgent basis. The incumbent must possess good command over the English Language and should also be tech-savvy. The incumbent shall be exposed to diverse litigation primarily in the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay. Responsibilities and Duties The incumbent will have to attend client conferences, conduct research, draft pleadings, assist the learned Senior Advocates in courts of law as well as appear in the matters. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Candidates having litigation experience shall be preferred. However, ambitious candidates expressing their desire of The Incumbent shall be allotted an office space and shall be encouraged to take up his private briefs and shall constsntly be mentored and guided by his seniors.
