Challenging BPO Operations Manager
SGInfoTek currently looking for Dynamic Challenging operations manager for our New BPO business.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate should be adopt to our new BPO business
- Approach management for call centre financial objectives by estimating requirements.
- Accomplish Human Resources recruitment, Selecting, Training, Assigning, Counselling, Disciplining and Motivating employees.
- Monitoring Team, Build their performance, appraising and reviewing job contributions.
- Planning, Reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.
- Preparing call centre performance reports by collecting, Analysing and Summarising data.
- Everyday schedule performance check-up PCs and Network before start shift.
- Proactively maintaining call flow in busy time and Perform accurately without hesitations.
- Working on Troubleshooting issues and CRM tools and Virtual Terminal.
- Being Conversant with Client Products and able to provide necessary adhoc training to the Technical team to meet expectations.
- Accomplishing Company goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests.
Requirements
- US English Ascent and experienced working in US working hours.
- Perfection in Leadership, Proactively find any problem and resolve issues.
- Must hold any IT Graduation and worked as Tech Support.
- Must be 3-5 years of Experienced as a Manager in Tech Support Call center.
- Also Preferred working experienced as Supervisor for minimum 4 years for large Team.
