Job Description: 1. Order Processing received through Multiple Online & Offline Sales Channels. a. Order Dispatch Management through different Logistic Partners. b. Responsible for managing the Packing staff. c. Candidate would be responsible for Catalogue Management. d. Vendor Management & Order Management. 2. Efficient & Confident in handling Customer Queries and Objections. 3. She would be responsible of tracking & increasing Customer Feedback & Product Reviews. 4. Should have Efficient in handling online channels like flip kart, snap deal, amazon etc. 5. Improve and increase the online traffic through various digital media platforms. 6. Should have Efficient in handling online channels amazon etc. 7. All other co-ordinations required to complete online orders on a daily basis other than above daily mentioned. 8. Daily keywords submission to various ranking sites. 9. Daily Email marketing management. Skills Required : 1. Knowledge of website development and content management systems 2. Advance MS Office Excel skills 3.Having a good command on content sheet and upload products on the internal panel 5. Work with development team to troubleshoot web issues. 6. Developed analytical and problem solving skills 7. Having networking abilities 8. Good typing speed 9. Excellent communication skills 10. Passionate for work Key Responsibility Areas : 1. Manage daily operations for ecommerce including Order Processing, Updating Product ,Catalogue, Inventory, Packing, Shipment. 2. Knowledge of Listing, Updating & Uploading Product Data / Specifications / Images on marketplaces such as Myntra, Jabong, Flipkart, Amazon, etc. 3. Handling Returns in a systematic manner. 4. Maintain large online product catalogs 5. Oversee the product content presented on Website & Marketplaces 6. Manage individual and bulk listings 7 Stock/ Inventory Management Qualifications: 1. Education: degree level. 2. Basic knowledge of graphics and Photoshop 3. Good communication & excel skills
