- Minimum of 5 years of overall development experience - Good communication skills and Excellent written skills - Bachelor of Science in Computer/Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience, Master's is a plus - A minimum of 3+ years utilizing C#, ASP.NET experience. - Must have hands-on coding experience with .NET 3.0 & 3.5 - Minimum of 2+ years of SharePoint technical lead and architecture experience on enterprise initiatives with SharePoint Server 2010/2013 - Familiar and have hands-on skills with .NET Web Services, strong knowledge on SharePoint web services a plus - SharePoint 2010/2013 knowledge should include architectural design, Web Parts development, server installation, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting large scale SharePoint implementations - Experienced in SharePoint out of the box features and web parts - Experienced in SharePoint Designer 2013 and understanding of Master Pages and creating custom master pages - Must be experienced in web part deployment using WSP Packages - Experience with Microsoft Office InfoPath Forms Services. - Experience with SharePoint Templates (Application Templates, Master Pages, and Role-Based Templates) is highly preferred - Development experience with other Microsoft technologies is also required (XML, IIS, SQL Server 2008 R2 / 2012, etc.) - Must have understanding of SharePoint 2010 /2013 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010/2012 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as this position will be communicating with business units and users at all levels within the organization - Knowledge of sound business practices and a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and anticipating their needs are also required - The applicant must be a self-starter and focused on team performance
