Job Responsibilities:
Admin related all work like arrangement of housekeeping, stationery items, arrange travel and hotel accommodations.
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Help in organizing the employee activity or any event
Assist in the recruitment process.
Administer HR-related documentation
Able to handle book-keeping
Prepare payment to vendors and claims ( process payment, Prepare invoice)
Assist in account transaction, checking, verification & follow-up.
GST & TDS related work month to month before the due date(training provided)
Complete the various tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirement:
Having Good working knowledge in MS-Office (word & excel) and mail Transactions
Fluent English Communication
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Should have sincerity towards work.
Should be having a good learning attitude
Minimum qualification in any Bachelor\'s Degree
Good in Tally
Preferred male candidate as may require to travel
