Manage the team, to carry out the workscopes assigned, safely, on time, in budget and ensure the technical integrity of project Provide daily and weekly reports to the project management team Ensure that all labours (including sub-contractors) under direct responsibility, work in a safe manner and pay due respect to the safety of others In conjunction with the Site Construction Manager and in accordance with the project planning priorities, co-ordinate the daily organisation, supervision and execution of the planned workscopes. Ensure that all preparation work is identified and in place to allow all scopes to start as scheduled in the construction plan. Ensure that Construction Engineers or planners, are informed of any delays to preparatory work that would impact or significantly delay the schedule. Effective control of all material, notifying the relevant personnel of any discrepancies Requirements Industry recognized engineering apprenticeship Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction sector, out of 5 years working as a General Foreman in Civil Construction projects (roads, infrastructure and drainage) Advanced level of English Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity Availability to be relocated in Qatar
