Overview
Responsibilities:
- Answers Telephone "hotline" and Written or Internet-based Inquiries from Customers.
- Identifies and Generates Sales to Existing and New Customers.
- Converts Leads Provided By Team Members and Managers.
- Assists in Key Retention Situations, Bringing Domain Expertise Relevant to that Customer.
- Acts as An Advocate for Customer Needs to the Business.
- Mentor New Sales Specialists.
qualifications:
- Under Graduate/graduate
Required Skills:
- Deep Market Understanding Including (a) Knowledge of Relevant Market (b) Strong Understanding of Customer - Business Model Workflow.
- World Class Selling Skills (identify, Develop, & Articulate Proposition/ Consultative Selling) as a "hunter".
- Strong Sales 'closer'
- 01 - 05 Years of Experience in Same Domain
- Creative Thinker and Good Sales Ideation Skills
- Presentation Skills (verbal & Written)
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Organize and Execute a Sales Plan
- Executive Presence
- Proven Track Record in a Quota Bearing Sales Environment
