Customer Experience: To ensure a delightful customer experience and be the best in all customer interactions at the Jio Point.
Servicing & Outlet expansion: To service all the attached outlets as per the beat plan. To on-board new outlets as per organisation norms
Target: To achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets
Stocks: To ensure that the store & every retailer has adequate quantity of stock
Visibility: Visibility of merchandising elements must be available in all the outlets.
Supply Chain: To ensure supply chain stability & manage cash on a daily basis.
Processes: To be the guardian of all the processes & guidelines.
Mandatory Requirements
Core FMCG sales experience is mandatory. Combination of FMCG and other industries can be considered, provided FMCG experience is present.
Deep distribution experience is mandatory.
Preferably from the shortlisted companies.
Local Understanding: Important to have understanding and knowledge of base location.
Language: Must know how to speak in Local Language (English is mandatory only to read and write)
