Since Reflow India Was Recently Established, The Roles And Responsibilities For The Engineering Lead Are Very Diverse. -Work On Developing And Implementing Challenging Engineering Projects Like Our Extruder, Shredder, Cleaner And Dryer -Setting Up And Maintaining The Existing Production Facilities -Building The Next Iterations Of Our Extruder, In Close Collaboration With The Reflow Cto -Programming In Arduino Ide And Bug Solving -Pcb Board Design -Identifying And Recommending Technology Changes. -Implementation Of The Extruder In New Locations (Possibly Abroad) -Set Up And Further Development Quality Testing Machine -Spreading Knowledge To Other Hubs, Including Abroad. Overseeing Production And The Production Staff Who We Are Looking For -A Builder At Heart -Driven By Social Values -Socially Aware -A Great Technician -Creative -Love For Technology -Willingness To Listen, Learn And Teach.
