Overview
The Selected Individual will be working on the following during their tenure:-
Book keeping and accounts payable and accounts receivable
Entering Invoices into the system and QuickBooks
Reconciliation of Statements and Credit Cards
Placing purchase orders and tracking shipping
Coordinating between different departments and ensuring smooth flow of work.
Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee
Qualities Required

Punctual
Proficient in English
Knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of Quickbooks preferred
