1)Wor king as the Production supervisor in Assembly Dept. with Subordinates (Operators).
2)Make oper ation Plans and allocate manpower based on the pr oduction schedules,
3)Make changes about operation plans in accordance of operation progress.
4) Responsible for manpower management & continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, cost and employee satisfaction.
5) Changing and setting the required Mould.
6) Monitoring of departmental quality objective as the Supervisor & proper material handling.
