Job Purpose and Context field Coordinator/officer On Contract Basis for a New Technology Deployment Project Supported By Iit Madras, Ministry of Power and State Discoms this Position is for Project Udc. Udc is a Dc Based Power Technology Which is to Be Installed in Every Home of Proposed Sites. this Technology Provides Additional Dc Line Unaffected By Load Shedding to Every Home. this Will Enable the Consumer to Connect More Energy Efficient Dc Appliances Directly to this Dc Line. to Promote New Advanced Technology and Usage of Dc Directly At Home, Pmanifold Has Been Engaged to Educate and Spread Awareness among Consumers and also Drive Registration for Project Udc. the Site Supervisor Will Be Accountable for New Customer Acquisitions (driving Signups) for Project By Carrying Out Various Marketing Campaign and Activities Assigned to Him. key Responsibility Areas -liaison with Discom and other Project Partners to Execute Planned Activities and Build Local Field Intelligence -implement Planned Field Activities to Increase Consumer Awareness and Drive Signups -collect Data from Discom Office and Demo Homes Located At Different Localities -identify, Meet and Conduct Interviews of Local Opinion Leaders -perform Shadow Audit to Check for Process Quality and Suggest Improvement Measures -perform Verification of Consumer Signup Request Received from Different Channels and Check for Data Quality -deliver Presentation to Consumers and other Stakeholders -impart Training to Field Team (outsourced) as and When Required -engage with other Stakeholders of the Project to Get Insights and Collect Relevant Data to Support Project Reporting -monitor the Performance of Field Activities and Fos -conduct and Monitor the Survey Within the Timeline -update the Crm System On a Daily Basis -report the Project Progress to Pmanifold Team On a Daily Basis -travel to Nearby Locations
