Position: Admin & Customer Care Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
General office management & attending telephone calls
Handling guest relations
Responsible for maitaining client visit details & courier inwards/outwards (Domestic & International)
Maintaining office decorum, cleanliness and hygiene level Maintaining daily attendance register
Vendor management for different office admin requiremets.
Attending customer calls, solving thier queries & ensuring thier expectations are met.
Co-ordination with existing clients for fresh appointments.
Tracking exchange & refund of products request through customers and maintain the details in given format.
Co-ordination with Warehouse team & courier vendors for pickup requests placed by the customer & tracking the same.
