Customer Support Executivefor International Tech Outbound Support process:-
Candidates need to have following skill-set :
1)A good communication skills and command over the English language.
2)Good phone skills, Voice and Accent skills and familiarity with systems and network terminology.
3)Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret on calls.
4)Utilize Outbound call opportunities to cross sell other products whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.
5)Basic computer knowledge/ technological skills
6)Must be willing to work in night shifts.
Preferred experience:
International Call Center , BPO: 2 years
Salary: 1,50,000 - 2,50,000 P.A
