Hi All,
We are looking to hire HR/Admin executive for our offshore team near LB Nagar Hyderabad (2 positions) with minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
Required:
Excellent understanding of IT skills.
Experience working with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C and 1099).
End to End recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, interviewing, target Hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates.
Must be a self-motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills.
Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Tech FETCH), Internet sourcing.
Negotiate & finalize Pay rates/compensation of candidates.
Working Knowledge on Social Networking sites to identify candidates.
Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, verify visa status, confidence level, and work towards on-boarding paperwork.
