Novartis Hyderabad is broadly into 2 major activities, Global R&D/ drug development and Shared services for - Global Sales & Marketing, Business & Financial Planning and Analysis (F&A ops) and Global Compliance. The Global Compliance CoE is a new initiative at Novartis Hyderabad in which they support global operations across US/ Europe etc.
