Job Description
Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing qualified IT professionals for consulting engagements and full-time positions. Partnering with our account managers to ensure candidates meet required qualifications, prep candidates on interview techniques and guide them through the interview process.
Duties and Responsibilities
Source, interview and qualify candidates.
Work with candidates, vendors and hiring managers to schedule phone and on-site interviews.
Extend employment offers and coordinate background checks, paperwork and start dates.
Work with existing employees to schedule training, track certifications, and professional development.
Attend and network at Information Technology networking events and conferences.
Be available to speak with candidates outside traditional business hours.
Preferred Education, Training and Skills
Bachelors degree
USA IT Recruiting experience, preferably within software.
Recruiter certifications are a plus
Strong MS Office experience including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Genuine interest in others success
Full lifecycle recruiting
Social media proficient
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
