Required : Customer Service officer & Branch In Charge Job description of Customer Service officer: 1. Sourcing and Identifying female customer. 2. Post identification collection of required process documents. 3. Disbursement of loan. 4. Collection / recovery of loan. Job description of Branch in Charge: 1. Managing a team of four CSO's and achieving personal and team business and collection targets. 2. Meeting the login group loans, checking of the KYC documents. 3. Preparation of MIS and all administration work of branch. 5. Collection / Disbursement with CSO's. 1. Must be 10th Pass.,2. Minimum of 6 months of experience in any small finance or micro finance company.,3. Must be from Mumbai.
