Overview
The candidate plays a pivotal role of being the Insurance representative to offer customised solutions to every financial need of the customer.
His/Her primary responsibility is to drive Insurance Sales through Future Group retail and BTL reference and leads generated by affinity tie-ups.
The other roles and responsibility are -
Educate the Customer about the product
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Close the leads assigned by the call center team
Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer
Customer Servicing
Collection of Renewals
Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
