Walkin for the position of Customer Support Executive role for 2.5 months on Contract.

Job Description:
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good Listening skills.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Customer service orientation.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem solving ability.
Target orientated.
Ready to work in rotational shifts in 24 x 7 environments. Door to door pick and drop will be provided for login and logout between 8 pm to 8 am.
Need to work 6 days a week. Weekly day off can be on any day during the week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling incoming calls for Voice profiles
Responding to E mails from customers for non voice profiles
Handling Email communication with support functions
Customer relationship management.
EXPERIENCE Fresher or with experience up to 2 years.
QUALIFICATIONS
PUC and Above can apply.
