Job Brief
We are looking for a bright Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise level technical support to our customers via phone, web, and email channels. Work with international clients majorly US and CANADA to describe products or services in order to motivate potential and current customers to renew or purchase companies products and all technical services majorly deals in all major brands like Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple etc.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
Prepare accurate and timely reports
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
Troubleshoot customers issues related to computer, router, printer, virus, etc.
We believe in delivering outstanding customer services to direct customers and perform accurate and timely technical troubleshooting to resolve customers issue.
