-Create graphics designs that adhere to common usability norms/standards, thus creating a good user experience.
-Should have artistic ability and creative thinking for designing eye-catching and effective graphics.
-Knowledge to design and develop UI for intranet, portals, apps
-Creativity in UI Designing
-User Flows of Mobile Application
-Frame by frame work animation
-Creative designs for mailers, icons and banner designs

-Good communication skill (written and verbal)
-Ability to handle work pressure and monotonous work
