Us It Recruiter (senior/ Junior Level) job Requirements: 1 Yr to 5 Yrs of Experience in "us Recruitment" in It and Engineering Field. Must Be Willing to Work in Night Shifts. Must have Sound Knowledge On It and Technical Concepts (a Qualified Recruiter Should have this Skill to Understand the Requirements On Any Technology). Candidates Should have Excellent Verbal / Written Communication & Interpersonal Skills, 1+ Years of Experience Working with Us Citizens, Ead and H1 Candidates for Requirements. Qualified Candidate Should have Understanding of Us Staffing Hiring Process (for Full-time Positions). Must Be Proficient in Recruiting Techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, --networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based Recruiting Tools. Must have Experience Working On all United States Tax-terms (like W2, 1099 and Corp2corp). Excellent Knowledge of Internet Based Recruiting Tools (i.e.: Monster, Dice, Career Builder ,Hot Jobs, Etc.) Should have Good Experience Working with Direct Clients. Experience/knowledge in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection. Co-ordinates Interviews and Be Hand in End-end Process Till Offer Been Rolled. Experience Working with Vms Systems Under Tight Deadlines is a Huge Plus. job Responsibilities: Identify Candidates with the Right Skills to Match the Us Clients' Requirements Must have Experience On Full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening Resumes, Interviewing, Technical Queries & Interviews, Closing of Candidates and Responsibilities Till Joining of Candidates). Ability to Work as a Good Team Player, Interviewing, Hiring Candidates, Maintaining & Building the Candidate Database.
