Should be able to handle team, post 3 to 6 months of his joining.
Should have achieved respectable conversion ratios.
Activation of Inactive Clients / HNIs / Franchise of the company
Client Acquisition from own references and on hot Leads provided by company
Managing Relationships with clients
Maintain Regular follow-up with the clients
Must have good knowledge of the stock Market
Able to convince Clients / HNIs to trade according to our studies
