LiveTrends retails art pieces centered around specialized indoor real plants which require very minimal maintenance. We are headquartered in Mumbai and currently showcasing our products in multiple large retail outlets in Mumbai and are in process of launching operations nationally.
We are looking for an "HR-Manager" (Female Candidate Only) for our Mumbai Head Office in Andheri West.
Responsibilities and Duties
Analyzes wage and salary reports.
Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records.
Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions as and when required.
Keeps records of hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics.
Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism.
Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
The applicant must be very well versed in English
Hard-working with knowledge and experience of the above requirements
Minimum experience of 5 years
