We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to take over the position of Manager - Sales. Youll visit villages around the area of work and meet farmers. Youll market LeanAgri products, sell it to farmers and work on related operations.

Responsibilities and Duties
Manage B2C Business -Sale to farmers Sell LeanAgri services to farmers through farmer meetings and other relevant activities
Manage and lead a team of sales associates
Onboard agri-input dealers and distributors as channel partners
Onboard FPOs and FPCs as sales partners
Coordination with farmers - Collecting soil samples, maintaining farm profile, etc.
Farmer Interaction - Forming WhatsApp groups and driving discussions
Willing to stay in village full-time/part-time and travel across the locations
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Graduate degree in any field
Minimum three years experience in agri-sales
Must be fluent in Marathi language
Ability to interact with diverse set of groups ranging from farmers to traders
