Job involves periodical complete reporting of sales /purchase/expense, targets versus achievements to the management as and when required by extracting the same from ERP program. Job will require sales enquiry and order handling from receipt of the enquiry till order execution and receipt of payment. Handling shall be to communicate both internally to arrange the goods for supply and externally with the customer for acknowledgment, amendment of the order , intimation of the dispatch and follow up for payment. Periodical e-mail marketing shall also be a part of the job.
