Overview

1. Litigation Handle litigation at various forums/levels pertaining to the Company. Handle and support in arbitration cases. Preparation of case history, make case notes and brief the HOD on legal cases. Handle logistics, MIS and risk analysis pertaining to litigation matters, etc. Manage and Coordinate with external legal counsels and law firms at various levels. 2. Documentation/ Due Diligence Vetting/Drafting of MoUs, LOI, EOI, Sale Deeds, Leave and License agreement, Agreement to Lease, lease deeds, Maintenance Agreements, Builder Buyer Agreements, Collaborations, Loan Agreements, etc. Drafting of replies to various notices/ letters received from customers/third parties. Conduct and oversee Due Diligence. 3. Liasion and Compliance Management Ensure all Regulatory and Legal compliances. Liaison with Statutory and Regulatory authorities, police, EOW, clearances, approvals, sanctions, permissions and other statutory compliance related works. Keep abreast of changes in laws or on application of new laws/regulations and the impact of the same on compliance needs and by advising on how to resolve compliance issues that are likely to arise from time to time. 4. Co-ordination and Team work effectively co-ordinate with team members and also with other department members to deliver desired results at work.
