Preparing Invoice, Delivery Challan, and Proforma invoice.
Responsible for tax management documentation and entries.
Sales coordination and backend support to the sales team.
Processing all payments barring payments for raw materials.
Pending payment follows ups and time to time updation of records.
Ensuring all statutory compliance are adhered to as per timeliness.
Bank Coordination.
Responsible for data management (tally entries, files and structures).
Compliance with the systems and processes of the department.
Any other jobs as assigned by the management from time to time.
