Taking care of all the queries of B2B B2C Clients.
Communicate & understand client's Holidays requirements.
Handle Incoming Travel Requests
Package calculations and itinerary preparation.
Preparing tour proposal and costing.
Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travellers.
Convince about the Tour Package to Clients.
Responds to requests accurately and completely.
Appropriately responds and resolves customers inquiries.
Performs follow-up as needed and within the time frame promised to the customer.
Proactively provides feedback to management to avoid future customer issues.
Service Responsibility:
Responds to the customer promptly.
Always provides the customer his/her undivided attention to the request.
Always listens, does not ask the customer to repeat information.
Responds appropriately.
Ask questions targeted to encourage complete responses.
Keeps the interaction moving forward
Offers suggestions to the customer and anticipates needs.
Skills Required:
Candidate should be a graduate
Minimum of 1-3 plus year of experience in the travel industry
Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work flexible hours
Excellent selling, marketing and research skills
Commitment, Flexibility and reliability is essential
A good level of computer literacy
Basic understanding of Ms-Word, Excel and PowerPoint
