Online applications are invited form the eligible candidates to fill up the posts of Postman and Mail Guard in the Level-3 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC + admissible allowance as prescribed from time to time, in pursuance of Department of Posts (Postman and Mail Guard) Recruitment Rules, 2010 notified vide GOI Gazette order No. 682 dated 20.12.2010 and subsequently amended as Department of Posts (Postman and Mail Guard) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules. Qualification : Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or university. Age limit: 18-27 years: (a) For General Category (Unreserved Applicants). Cost of Application Form Registration: Rs. 100 for all categories of applicants who have registered. Examination Fee: - The Examination fee prescribed for all male applicants in General categories is Rs. 400/-. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Physically Impaired/ Women are exempted from payment of Examination Fee.
