Roles and Responsibilities
1.Handling customer queries regarding Chat and Email
2.Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to US customers through chats & emails.
3.Fully responsible to delight prospective customer with satisfactory service
4.Improve the quality of the customer interaction on a daily basis.
Competency Requirements:
Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Work Experience: Fresher / Experienced.
Job Qualification: Graduate ( Any Degree)
