Overview
OPERATIONS ZUPERVISORS (CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES)- Self-driven, result oriented individual having high level of patience to be able to multitask. 0 to 1 years of experience in the Retail/Gaming/Entertainment industry would be an advantage.
Specific Responsibilities
Implementing specific role play activities for children.
Put on a bracelet on every visitor entering the park and verify no visitor exits without going through the corresponding security procedure.
Maintain queue order to the end of providing each person with good service and attention
Provide information on the safekeeping of personal objects.
Maintain the work equipment clean and functioning correctly
Verify raw and needed material.
Insure the safekeeping of the equipment and area elements at the end of daily activities
Keep control of its KidZos fund.
Qualifications & experience:
SSC & HSC with good englis communication.
Service attitude
Customer service focus
Cash management
Personal characteristics:
Customer oriented.
Patience.
Good oral & written communication skills.
Charisma.
Pro active.
Team work.
Full time Salary 10300 gross.
Part time Salary - 6000 gross.
