Job Description: The Customer Care Executive position interfaces with customers via outbound calls, inbound calls or through the Internet depending upon client requirements for the purpose of selling basic products and services related to Website Designing & Development Mobile Application Development Digital Marketing etc. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing receiving information, selling client productsservice, as well as providing basic customer service support. Essential Functions Core Responsibilities: Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and appropriately provide the required services/package to the customer.
