This Role Is Responsible For Implementing Fundraising Annual Plans; Engaging With Existing And Potential Funders; Meeting The Funding Targets To Ensure The Organizations Strategies And Objectives Also Must Ensure That The Charitable Activities And Programs Are Effectively Showcased With Different Stakeholders And Audiences Through Effectively Managed Communication Channels. This Is An Implementation Role, Which Supports The Role Of Ceo.
A. Fund Raising Management ;
To Raise Financial Resources For The Organization As Per The Set Targets.(If Any)
Develop A Sound Understanding Of The Funding Requirement Of The Projects And Objects Of Helping Hand Foundation For The Financial Period, Based On This Develop The Funding Plan For The Year.
Identify Potential And Assess Existing Funders And Capture Complete Information As Defined By The Organization.
To Be Able To Write Funding Proposals In Line With Our Requirements, Funding Guidelines And Existing Templates For Review By The Chief Managing Trustee
Ensure Accurate Information Is Maintained On Mis For Fund Utilization.
Ensure The Donor Reports Meet Requirements And Meet Timelines.
Take Overall Responsibility For Creating And Executing A Sustainable Fundraising Strategy Year-On-Year For Grant Funding / Individual Donations And Meeting Quarterly Targets.
Designing, Planning And Executing Effective/Innovative Fundraising Strategies.
Create And Execute Audience Specific Campaigns For Institutional Funders & Individual Donors.
Conceptualize And Draft Appropriate Campaign Materials And Funder Proposals In Consultation With Organization.
