-Working for a US based client.
-Auditing their daily sales to updates the client for the mistakes made by the dealer while reporting actual daily sales.
-Correcting the mistakes in RQ4(Database), on behalf of sales representative of Sprint
-Handling monthly/weekly/daily report using tools RQ4, Excel and Advance Excel
-Responsible for giving training about the process of the project to new hires.
-Participate in client meetings and calls to solve their queries.
-Timely watch on any new updates in the process so as to make the team aware of the same and for quick implementation.
-Monthly wise Commission Reconciliation, and Appeal the accurate data to and get the commissions to the Vendor from the Client.
-Preparing Reconciliation Summary and Trend Summary month wise.
-Validating and analysing the audit reports and Gross Profit Reports.
-Ensuring and Reviewing correct measures and action to render 100% Client satisfaction as well as the accuracy.
-Analysing the Dealer Commission and Prepare the Dealer Commission Report each month.
-Prepare the Trend file with the Details of Appeal Status Summary, Discrepancy Summary and Observations of the commission cycle
-Preparing Score Card, Quintile & Shopper Track report
