Job Responsibilities - Understand Company Requirements - Find and Meet new HNI person and Signup Him/Her as our client. - No interview for candidate, you have to prove your self . candidate will join with 1 HNI person converted as client and candidate will get appointment letter. - After 1 client candidate join our company and target will be 2 HNI conversion to client per month. - Client conversion will be for 6 months only, after you have to maintain clients and only if company requires than only you have to convert HNI clients.
