Overview
Roles & Responsibilities:
Solving clients issues like installation etc on call
Logging and keeping records of customer queries
Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
Updating self-help documents so clients can try to fix problems themselves
Should provide end user training and support
Required Skills:
Experienced (up to 2 year) candidates with very strong communication skills in English.
Knowledge of computers is mandatory.
Should be customer-service oriented
Good understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Any graduates who must have done a basic course in computers
Note: Candidates who can join in a weeks time are only eligible to apply.
