When the agent hits the floor he/she should be qualified enough to do production Revisit entire Training plan for every Process- check and recheck to improve effectiveness every quarter Maintain SOPs and update Sops every once a quarter. Transaction Monitoring for Processes - create team and drive improvement. To roll out PKT across all processes- to have refreshers based on results. To ensure smooth Transitions of new processes from Training Standpoint.
