Including daily metrics monitoring, audits, rolling out new processes and having central control over the branches. Roles and Responsibilities: Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication. Provides prompt and efficient service to customers Remotely monitor efficient functioning of the assigned seller flex sites via call, emails and by coordination with field executives. Liaise between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies for efficient and timely execution of operations Help with misc projects Work from home in UTC -5:00 time zone. Excellent English communication skills required. Bachelors in Business or related field. Mba ( preferred but not required) Extensive work experience preffered
