Processing and submitting insurance claims reviewing Dr.s notes, insurance eligibility, patient history and insurance requirements. 2. Download EOB from respective payer web site and/or Bank lock Box 3. Accurately post claim/patient payments, adjustments, denials within clinical system. 4. Analyze claim payments, adjustments, and denials for appropriateness and raising concerns and/or questions in a timely manner so that further reimbursement analysis may be initiated 5. Maintain accurate, clear, concise, and complete claim notes and other relevant information 6. Accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems 7. Ability to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work. 8. Maintain daily, weekly, monthly task list and prepare daily work log. 9. Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment 10. Other off-line clinical functions will be delegated after proper training.
