Production Service level: Daily Production planning/ Scheduling, Weekly & Monthly Schedule adherence, Manpower Productivity and maintaining Line efficiencies. Costings & Routings: Maintaining Costs ( VOH ) and Updating Routings for New Products in the system. Required before starting any New Products. Presently (300 NPD in Pipe line). Production Scheduling: Prod. Scheduling as per the material availability schedule. Constant monitoring of the forward material Requirements Coordination with Planning, Purchase & Other Departments. System Control: ERP software (SAP) Timely closures of process orders and ensuring standard process. Wastage Control: Generating Wastage reports and analyzing / controlling on monthly / yearly basis. (Standard v/s Actual). Control over shop floor activities: Manpower Handling, control over Day to day line activities and online quality issues. Planning of material and Manpower for optimum efficiency. Preparing Production reports daily and monitoring and analyzing (Plan v/s Actual). Plant Hygiene and GMP: Workers personal hygiene, maintaining plant hygiene, timely reviewing with GMP team, and taking corrective actions for Non compliances. Ensuring continuous improvement in productivity and quality of the product Maintaining all Daily and Monthly Reports and also making presentations for the monthly ORM meetings. Leading a work force of 200 (permanent) and 200 (casuals) employees.
