We are currently looking for Real Estate Surveyors/Data Collection Executive for Mumbai Location, it is a field job. Salary Offered: Upto Rs 15000 per month Job profile is as below: You will be primarily responsible for Real estate on Field research and Data collection . To primarily collect and audit project information on a quarterly basis, both residential and commercial by acting as a dummy customer. Internet research on new project launches and updates from secondary sources. Shall help in data collection for rentals, resale, social physical infrastructure etc. during feasibility studies. Give inputs on real estate industry as per the client queries. Desired skills: Street smart person who is comfortable travelling within the city and across India. Excellent communication skills in English. Good common sense. Basic knowledge of computers . Pleasing personality. Freshers welcome training will be provided Qualification: Fresher are welcome.
