Qualification: Any Regular Graduates (B. A, B. Com, B. Sc, B. Tech, B. E. (Distance course not allowed)
Percentage: 50% and above from class 10th to highest qualification (education year gap not permissible)
Experience: At least 2.5 years any experience must (maximum two years gap permissible and experience may not count if it is below 6 months).
You will get extra preference, if you have hardware and networking experience.
Skill: Should have knowledge to handle technical helpdesk, client management, MS Excel,
Job Description: Candidate need to answer to the client query related to Software issue, Troubleshooting etc.
Language: Should be comfortable English, Hindi, Bengali,
Salary: Rs. 14000 to Rs.17000 (CTC per month)
